About Connections TLP
(Transitional Living Program)

Connections is a non-profit existing to strengthen communities one youth and one family at a time by providing a safe and secure alternative to the “streets” for homeless, abused, or at-risk youth. The Springs has specifically committed to serve the Transitional Living Program (TLP) that houses youth ages 15 to 21. The TLP is designed to better prepare these young men and women in the foster care system for productive, independent living. Admission into the TLP is voluntary and based upon need.

If you would like to serve Connections TLP alongside The Springs, here are a few ways:
• Attend a Connections gathering to shadow current Mentors
• Serve weekly as a Connections Mentor discipling at-risk teens
• Provide dinner weekly for a Connections gathering
You can learn more about Connections TLP through their website.
