About Student Ministry
Our purpose and passion is to see students become disciples of Jesus as we lead them to believe in Christ, belong to His body, and be trained in truth. We are passionate about students finding LIFE to the full through Jesus Christ. Small Group Leaders are a key part of Student Ministry--we couldn't do it without them. 1 Thessalonians 2:8 says "being affectionately desirous of you, we were ready to share with you not only the gospel of God but also our own selves, because you had become very dear to us." This is the call we give to our small group leaders: to pursue gospel-sharing relationships while doing life together with students. Small Group Leaders commit to a group of students with the intention of leading them for the duration of their Middle School & High School years.
Serve with Student Ministry
STEP 1: Membership
We ask all Students volunteers to be committed to becoming a Springs Member. This includes attending the Membership Class, signing the Membership Covenant, sharing your testimony, and committing to join a Community Group.
STEP 2: Serve Form
Once you've begun the membership process with The Springs, you can apply for our Students team by filling out the Serve Form and selecting Springs Students.
