We’ll begin by worshiping together with our church family before breaking out into DK Hall for an intentional time of growing in God’s Word and fellowship.
1.  What is one area of your life where following Jesus may require you to leave something familiar; security, comfort, control, a relationship, and trust Him with what comes next? What makes that step of trust difficult for you?

2. Hebrews 11:8–9 says that “by faith Abraham obeyed” even though he “did not know where he was going.” What does Abraham’s example teach us about the relationship between faith and obedience?

3. Where are you tempted to make your own name great; to find significance, security, or approval in what you accomplish or how others see you? What would it look like to trust Jesus with that area?
Middle School
1. What is one area where trusting God might mean doing something uncomfortable or hard?
2. What is one way God has blessed you that you could use to bless someone else this week?

High School
1. Why do you think God sometimes gives us the next step instead of the whole plan? What does that reveal about faith?
2. How can you tell the difference between receiving God’s blessings for yourself and using them for His purposes?
