Finding Home
A family is a family with or without a house, but every family seeks a home for generations.
We currently have the opportunity to purchase 18 acres of land at the corner of River Road and Loop 337. Our hope is to develop this land with a facility that will house our church family for years to come. As we seek unity and clarity within our church family over the next 8 weeks (until June 23rd), we are asking our body to pray, share, and give as God leads. You may give towards this project with any of the methods below–if you give online, be sure to select Finding Home from the Fund menu and if you give by check or cash, please include a note that says Finding Home with your gift. We are also collecting pledges to be paid over the next two years. If you would like to make a pledge, use the button below.
Why We Give
Giving is an act of worship. The stewardship of our finances provides Christians an opportunity to honor God and respond to His generous grace (Proverbs 3:9). It reminds us He is the giver of every good and perfect gift (James 1:17) and we are called to be a generous people.
Giving is also an opportunity to demonstrate our reliance on God for all things, reminding us all we own, not just what we give, belongs to the Lord (Psalm 24:1). God doesn't need our money, gifts, or resources, but He gives them to us to be used to pursue the mission He has given us to make disciples (2 Corinthians 9:7).
The Springs is dedicated to stewarding all resources to faithfully proclaim the gospel and advance God’s Great Commandment (Matthew 22:37) through His Great Commission (Matthew 28:18).

Gifts of Stock
Use the online giving link above and select Stocks under the "How would you like to give?" dropdown. This will create a pledge of stock and email you the account information needed to transfer your stock for donation to the Springs. After you initiate the transfer from your portfolio and the proceeds are received by the Springs, you will receive a receipt acknowledging your donation for tax exemption.
If you sell appreciated stock and donate the cash proceeds, you may be subject to long term capital gains taxes which can be a significant portion of the appreciated value. If you donate the stock directly to the church, you can avoid that tax altogether and make your gift go further!

432 Relief Fund
Striving to be all God intends for His local church, The Springs’ 432 Relief Ministry wisely provides for the basic needs (food, clothing, shelter) of Members during financial hardship. Acts 4:32 says, “Now the full number of those who believed were of one heart and soul, and no one said that any of the things that belonged to him was his own, but they had everything in common.” Our hope is to provide help to Members in need, as well as life-giving care to all involved.
