About Kids Ministry

Springs Kids partners with families to help kids love and live for Jesus!

We desire to join parents in teaching kids what it looks like to know Jesus and be a fully-devoted follower of Him. Through large and small group experiences, Sunday mornings introduce kids to worship, Biblical teaching, and community--building a foundation of engagement in the local church. It is our hope that by the time kids leave Elementary ministry they will have a growing understanding of God’s love and how faith in Him changes everything. We pray they will trust Jesus, learn to depend upon His Word, and be eager to share His love with others.

From babies to 5th graders, we work hard to provide a safe Kids Ministry environment that kids love and want to come back to.

Sunday Mornings

Nursery

We care for babies six weeks old through their second birthday in our nursery. Our emphasis is on caring well for babies and toddlers helping them feel safe in their environment. These babies and toddlers are prayed for and listen to kids praise and worship music introducing truth to them through songs.

Preschool

Preschool Ministry is a safe, fun environment introducing kids to God and His Word as they discover the world around them. Through a combination of story-telling, music, and activities, each year kids learn 51 Bible stories chronologically teaching God's BIG story.

Elementary

Elementary Ministry is a place for kids to experience following Jesus as the greatest adventure of their lives. We place a high value on fun as kids learn about God, His character, and how He influences their lives. Our curriculum is based on 36 different Godly character traits, rotating monthly.

Summer Discipleship Opportunities

Parenting Class

Blueprint For The Family
June 28th | 7:00 pm

We will spend our time looking at Psalm 127 & 128 and the fall to faithfully steward our homes.
This class is for parents of newborns through the teenage years.

*No Childcare Provided*
This is intentionally set during bed time for young kids. One parent can come to class while one parent takes bedtime. Or better yet, hire a sitter to take care of bedtime and both parents come!

Summer Bible Challenge

This summer, we are inviting 4th and 5th graders to join us for Summer Bible Challenge! Over the course of 4 Sunday mornings during the 4th–5th grade class and 4 Wednesday evenings in July, kids will take a big picture journey through the entire New Testament.
